Mrs. Tina Ogundimu

For more than 20 years, Tina has honed her skills in professional management by building and achieving strategic and business goals. Her commitment to family and community has served to enhance her ability to work with teams, bringing balance to challenges, and bringing focus to business plans. Tina’s accomplishments include, successfully migrated SharePoint on premise to SharePoint online for over 190,000 users and servers, decommissioned SONET rings in collaboration with vendors such as AT&T, IBM, and CenturyLink, which resulted in more than $1.28 Million in cost savings; the successful partnership with internal and external teams to manage and automate the Kaiser onboarding process for new hires and contractors; and she has served in project management and financial management roles in the healthcare industry. Tina has mastered the role of liaison between IT and the business units in several industries. She was recruited by one of the nation’s largest IT firms for financial and project management services.

After the devastating loss of her first husband, Tina found a new personal resolve and used her organizational skills at home and at the workplace. She successfully raised her three children and guided them into successful careers. Her children are graduates of Stanford University, Northwestern University, UC Santa Cruz, and Loyola Marymount University.

Among her community service, for five years, Tina sat on the board of directors for Stanford University Women of the East Bay, she volunteers for area food banks, serves meals to the homeless, and conducts fundraising to benefit underserved women in Africa.

Tina’s next goal is to use her knowledge of KP operations, business and health trends to become either chief of staff or an Executive Consultant for Kaiser Permanente in either KPIT or the Program office.

Tina holds an M.S. in Information Technology Management from Golden Gate University, with a GPA of 3.98, an MBA from California state University of the East Bay, and a B.S. in Accounting from San Jose State University.

To further support her career leadership goals, Tina pursued advanced course work, which includes: Presentation Essentials, Message Matters, Presenting Virtually, Communication skills with Project Management, Communicating and Presenting to Executives, Crucial Conversation, Rapport Leadership series with 100 hours of class training in Leadership Breakthrough One, Leadership Breakthrough two, Power Communication, and Eagle Quest. Tina is enrolled in Leadership in Action, Lead at KP: Manager, and has completed the Business Analysis Essential certification. Certified as yellow belt for Six Sigma

She and her husband live in San Ramon, California.  During her spare time, she enjoys traveling and has visited all Western Europe, Dubai, China, Bahamas, and Canada.
